Terms of Use

Conviction is a service operated by Fixster, Inc. (merchant of record), 848 Brickell Ave, Ste 747, Miami, FL 33131, USA. It analyses startup ideas you submit and returns an AI-generated verdict and build kit. By using it you agree to these terms.

Advisory only. All output is generated by AI and is informational only — it is not professional, financial, legal or investment advice, and we make no guarantee of accuracy or outcomes. Decisions you make based on it are your own.

Your content. You keep ownership of the ideas you submit. You grant us only the limited right to process them to deliver the service. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled and how to export or delete it.

Acceptable use.Don’t submit unlawful content, others’ confidential information, or attempts to manipulate the system. Don't submit special-category personal data. Automated scraping, bulk API abuse, or reselling the service's output without written permission is prohibited.

Availability.The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change or pause.

Billing & Subscriptions

Subscriptions and credits.Paid plans grant you a license to use Conviction's AI analysis service for the subscription period. Credit packs grant you a one-time allocation of analysis credits. These represent a limited, non-transferable right to use the service — they are not a financial instrument or stored-value account.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis at the then-current price unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. You will receive a receipt from Fixster, Inc. via Stripe for each charge.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal (accessible from your account settings). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial-period refunds are issued.

Non-refundable credits. Consumed analysis credits and completed analysis runs are non-refundable. Unused credits on a cancelled subscription expire at the end of the billing period. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at admin@fixster.ai within 14 days and we will review it.

Price changes.We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
